• Orders below £100 will incur a standard shipping fee of £4.99.
• Express shipping charges will vary based on your location and order size (calculated at checkout).

4. Order Tracking:

Return Policy

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or special-order items.
• Perishable goods and sterile supplies with broken seals.
